After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.
Chef/Owner Neal Grimes began his career in catering working with an elite clientele located in East Hampton and Manhattan, NY.
After relocating to Coral Springs, Florida in 1983, Neal has enjoyed many years as Food and Beverage Director for Private Country Clubs, Hotels and General Manager for two Fort Lauderdale Waterfront Restaurants.
Catering has always been a Passion for Neal and today, Neal enjoys over 25 years catering experience providing first class events for a multitude of clientele from Orlando to Key West.
